We are now looking for a Sales Manager  to strengthen our sales team.

Sales Manager

As the Sales Manager, you are an important member of an efficient and growing sales team. You will perform various and diverse sales and marketing support tasks, participate in client relationship management and new customer acquisition, and are responsible for maintaining and developing your own key client relationships.

The requirements and responsibilities for your new position:

• You can work independently and are responsible for your own projects and assignments.

• You have experience and proven references of successful and profitable B2B sales.

• You have a background in a commercial and/or technical field. Possible studies or knowledge of chemistry/plant chemistry, (like fertilizer technology studies or application skills) are considered beneficial.

• You have good negotiation and social interaction skills and can express yourself clearly, in both writing and spoken communications.

• You are fluent in communicating in English, both written and spoken. Possible other language skills are considered an advantage.

• Willingness to travel abroad for client meetings, events and fairs.

• You enjoy making deals and being successful in sales.

 

This is remote work and location independent, which means that you can work from anywhere in Finland. The position requires traveling several times a year, e.g. at fairs and client meetings, mainly abroad.
