We are looking for a sales and result driven Sales and Marketing Consultant for a full-time position, who has a passion for finding new sales opportunities and creating a foundation for large strategic deals. In the role of Sales & Marketing consultant, you will be working closely with the Swedish Commercial Director, Group Marketing Manager and Swedish and Finnish Sales Development Colleagues to create and manage the best sales experience our future customers have ever had.
We have developed our Automated Sales Engine to support sales and client acquisition and you will have a great opportunity to join us in further developing our way of working. We are using state-of-the-art technologies in our Sales Development so you will not be just calling random companies over the phone, quite the opposite. You will be onboarded by the current Sales & Marketing Consultant who has helped us create this engine, before she will transfer into a consulting role in our delivery organisation. Now we want you to take over and help us develop and deliver to support our growth strategy.
This is a critical role for Avaus and you will be supported to succeed in your work. You will also have a big group of top-notch colleagues and experts in the field of Data & Analytics, Engagement Tech, Marketing & Sales strategy and Experience Orchestration to work with.

Identifying relevant organizations / companies and stakeholders relevant for Avaus’ offering and go to market
Build automated meeting booking sequences in provided Sales and Marketing technologies, further develop our automated way-of-working together with your peers in Finland.
Build and support automated engagement campaigns in selected Marketing Automation technologies.
Book meetings and handle prospect pipeline in Sweden, ensuring we have a healthy activity level in New Business sales
Make sure that all activities and campaigns are registered in selected CRM technology.
Support Local / Group Marketing & Sales in identifying target audience & pushing marketing content, drive engagement, participation in events / digital campaigns, reporting, internalk follow ups etc
Participate in building a sales mindset and culture within the organisation, including presenting Sales Engine & Marketing updates on internal events and meetings
Assist in developing Avaus general go-to-market as needed
Contribute to sales and offering development based on results from prospecting
Contribute in sales meetings showcasing how a best practice Sales & Marketing engine is creating high quality sales meetings for New Business Sales
Collaborate with Commercial Director, Country Manager, Marketing Manager and Business Leads in Sweden to secure that our offerings are well presented and exposed in the market to create a doubling demand for our overall business
Support Sales Lead and Client Lead with RFx - responses in a Bid Manager type of responsibility
Proactively participate in Avaus culture and its shaping and development
Although initial focus should be on developing the Swedish sales and marketing collaboration, aligning, sharing knowledge and learnings across the group will be key
Fluent in Swedish, proficient in English is a must. Other languages is a benefit but not a must.
We think that you have at least 3-5 years work experience or academic studies post gymnasium in the bag.
Academic education is highly meriting for this position and we value degrees in Business, Strategy, IT, Sales & Marketing & Data.
Proven track record within sales & sales development, marketing, data and experience orchestration is meriting but not a must. Interest to learn is.
You need to be a doer, a fast learner, a people person and a team player so any experience as a testament to that is valid.
Ambition drive and can do attitude, entrepreneurial mindset, eager to learn and develop is a must. And ability to smile.
Ability to act in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines on time.
Good organisation and time-management skills
Excellent communicator, both orally and in writing
Ideally, you either have some sales experience, or have the ambition and confidence to develop yourself into a sales & marketing expert. Expercience in the Marketing Technology / Data domain is a merit, but not a must.
As a person, you are curious and constantly wanting to push yourself to the limits of your knowledge. You are passionate about sales, digitalization, marketing and new technology. You really want to challenge the status quo and get people to see their busniess in a new way.
