Sales Operations Manager

The Role:
As the Sales Operations Manager, you are part of the Sales, Marketing and Partnership Management MT to define regional and segment-level GTM strategy, drive operational excellence, and lead strategic initiatives. You will be key in ensuring Nomentia delivers repeatable, predictable, and scalable growth that aligns to the customer journey. You will report directly to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO).
Your Responsibilities:
Sales Process Management
Improve and align sales processes to streamline operations.
Identify and eliminate bottlenecks in the sales process to enhance productivity.
Take care of pipeline management, bid reviews and lost deals analysis.
Collaborate with Sales team managers.
Outbound Sales Management
Set-up and manage the BDR team across the different regions.
Own the outbound sales process and collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams.
Data Analysis and Reporting
Analyze sales data to identify trends and forecast future sales.
Provide insights and recommendations to improve sales performance.
Technology and Tools Management
Implement and manage CRM tools to maximize sales opportunities and customer relationships.
Improve and maintain sales tools to accelerate the sales process.
Utilize sales automation tools to increase efficiency.
Collaboration and Strategy
Work closely with other departments to align sales strategies with business objectives.
Collaborate with marketing to build lead qualification processes and share information for marketing content.
Team Management
Co-responsible for recruiting, hiring, and training of BDR’s.
Mentor and support new sales team members.
Lead cross-functional initiatives and collaborate closely with product, sales, marketing, customer success, and finance.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in sales operations, sales planning, or revenue operations within a scaling SaaS organization.
Previous cash & treasury experience in technology, consulting, banking or corporate treasury is seen as an advantage.
Previous experience in sales planning & strategy (incl. Salesforce sizing, territory design, capacity modelling and planning with running knowledge of both direct and indirect sales models).
Extensive Salesforce, HubSpot, SalesLoft or Outreach knowledge is a plus.
Excellent command of Excel and a high degree of confidence with handling and analyzing large data sets (SQL/Power BI experience is a plus).
Skilled in building repeatable processes (consulting background is a plus).
Strong project management experience with demonstrated ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks and work within deadlines independently.
Proficient in defining business challenges and communicating insights with a bias towards action.
