What you will be doing:

  • Define and execute the global Sales Operations roadmap, with a strong focus on Europe and close collaboration with North America
  • Lead standardization and governance of sales processes across regions to improve efficiency, compliance, and scalability
  • Own and optimize key sales systems (e.g., Elastic Suite, SAP, SAC), ensuring strong integration and usability
  • Drive GTM execution including pricing, trade terms, customer setup, and operational readiness across markets
  • Establish and govern global sales reporting frameworks, enabling data-driven decision-making
  • Act as a key interface between Sales, Finance, IT, and regional teams to ensure alignment and execution excellence
  • Lead and develop an international, distributed Sales Operations team
  • Foster cross-regional collaboration, leveraging best practices

Your profile and required competencies:

  • 10+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Excellence, or similar roles within an international environment
  • Strong hands-on experience with sales systems, especially Elastic Suite, SAP (incl. SAC)
  • Proven expertise in GTM execution, sales process governance, pricing, and trade terms
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work with data, build insights, and support decision-making
  • Experience driving standardization, governance, and compliance (incl. SOX) across regions
  • Fluency in English is required; German is a strong advantage
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - you’re comfortable connecting with different markets, understanding their needs, and translating complexity into clear actions
  • A proactive, hands-on mindset with energy and drive; you enjoy bringing structure, solving problems, and making things work across teams
  • You have leadership experience or a track record of stepping up, coordinating teams, and ensuring effective execution

Remuneration is based on the collective agreement for employees in the wood industry. An appropriate overpayment is offered, depending on your individual qualifications and professional experience, as well as development opportunities within a globally operating corporate group.
