We are now looking for a Sales Support Coordinator to join our Legal team.

In this position, you work closely with sales to manage documentation, client requirements, and trade regulation matters throughout the sales process.

Our Legal team provides customer oriented in-house legal services especially for our Customer and IPR Sales in demanding project and deal preparation, and closing. We support the overall preventive risk management by providing appropriate terms and conditions to close the deals on an acceptable risk level.

As Sales Support Coordinator, you will:

  • Play a key coordinating role in enabling VTT sales to close demanding international deals.
  • Coordinate the preparation of offers and handling of compliance matters in complex and heavily regulated deals. 
  • Be working closely with a cross-functional team (including e.g. sales, legal counsel, pricing, and finance specialists).
  • Have the opportunity to use and increase your skills on dealing with trade compliance requirements as part of sales process in various demanding international deals (e.g. related to US Government purchase requirements).

Who we are looking for:

An experienced, enthusiastic and well-organised person with strong social skills. The ideal candidate has:

  • Strong project coordination skills.
  • Experience of offer preparation preferably in an international environment.
  • Ability to work with multi-professional teams.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
  • Fluent business English (especially written). 
  • Understanding of legal and regulatory language is an advantage.
  • Experience of trade regulations and public procurement process (on provider side) is an advantage.
