Amer Sports is looking for an SAP BW Senior Consultant to join our Enterprise Data & Analytics team in Kraków, Poland.

In this role, you will collaborate with international teams across North America and Europe, supporting our transition to SAP S/4. Your expertise in SAP BW and reporting tools will be crucial in optimizing data processes, ensuring data integrity, and nurturing a data-driven culture globally.

What you will be doing:

• SAP BW Support & Monitoring: Provide 1st/2nd/3rd level support for SAP BW-related topics.
• System Performance & Troubleshooting: Monitor system loads, resolve issues, and apply necessary corrections.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business teams to design reporting solutions in SAP BW and SAP Analytics Cloud.
• User Training & Best Practices: Help teach and train system users on self-service reporting best practices.
• Compliance & User Experience: Collaborate with the Authorization team to ensure a secure and efficient user experience.
• Continuous Improvement: Work with global teams to identify and fill gaps in reporting content.

What you need to succeed:

• Experience as a Consultant or Senior Consultant in SAP BW and Analysis for Office.
• Strong understanding of reporting topics and business intelligence.
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a multi-cultural environment.
• Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud is a plus.
• Fluent English skills (written & spoken).
• Willingness to travel occasionally to other Amer Sports locations.
