What you will be doing:

Amer Sports Latin America is seeking an ambitious SAP Supply Chain Consultant. In your role and as a member of a team of professionals you will have the opportunity to not only address a wide range of global SAP support requirements, but also to influence the definition of processes and company standards in this area. The main goal of this position is to own the support activities and manage them independently or in cooperation with the Global SAP Team.

Responsibilities:

• Managing SAP incidents of  2nd or 3rd  Level Support as per OLAs and SLAs defined.
• Active participation in resolution of Major Incidents.
• Definition and coordination of support processes in SAP area.
• Constant communication with Business users and IT team members.
• Training of Business Key Users.
• Maintenance and enhancement of existing processes, implementing system changes, configuration of the SAP system.
• Working on implementation of SAP system in new entities, warehouses, etc. if necessary.
• Tight and active communication with international SAP Teams.

What you need to succeed:

• At least 5 years of SAP consulting experience in SAP ECC and S/4 Hana.
• Proven expertise in different logistic modules of SAP SCM (MM, LE, WM, PP) and EWM - Certification and proved experience.
• Experience in Integrations with SCM. This is inbound/outbound interfaces (e.g. idocs analysis/fix) between internal modules or external systems and SAP.
• Experience with SAP AFS vertical solution and knowledge of ABAP Workbench will be an asset.
• Experience in SAP Queries and familiar with SCM system tables.
• Good knowledge of ITIL procedures, in particular practices of incident management, request management, change management.
• Fluent English.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and analysis skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
