SAP SD Consultant

In this role, you'll be part of a pioneering team, empowered not only to tackle diverse global SAP support requirements but also to shape the very fabric of our processes and company standards. Your mission? Seize ownership of support activities, whether charting your course independently or collaborating hand-in-hand with our esteemed Global SAP Team. What you will be doing:
- Managing SAP incidents of 2nd or 3rd Level Support.
- Definition and coordination of support processes in SAP area.
- Training of Business Key Users.
- Maintenance and enhancement of existing processes, implementing system changes, configuration of the SAP system.
- Working on implementation of SAP system in new entities, warehouses, etc. if necessary.
- Tight and active communication with international SAP Teams.
What you need to succeed:
- At least 5 years of SAP consulting experience.
- Proven expertise in SD module.
- Experience with SAP AFS solution and knowledge of ABAP Workbench will be an asset.
- Good knowledge of ITIL procedures, in particular processes in incident management.
- Fluent English.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
