We are looking for a lawyer to join our growing Real Estate & Construction practice group in Helsinki. Our ideal candidate has 3-5 years of post-graduation experience handling assignments related to real estate transactions. In addition to an analytical legal mind, you should have a team-player's spirit, a resolution-focused mindset and a keen willingness to expand your knowledge further.

Our Real Estate team is one of the largest on the market and we take pride in being easily approachable and providing practical advice. We are regularly involved in the most significant and complex transactions on the Finnish market.

What are we looking for?

• 3–5 years' experience in transactional work.
• A growth-oriented and commercial mindset, with a drive for continuous self-development.
• Ability to commit to building strong client relationships. A genuine interest in understanding our clients' business and creating value by offering straightforward solutions to their needs.
• A curious mind, ambition for excellence and solid analytical and drafting skills.
• Eagerness to act proactively as part of a team and to effectively coach colleagues.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Finnish, Swedish a plus.
