We are excited to announce an opening for a Senior Business Analyst position at Polystar | Elisa Industriq! The Senior Business Analyst plays a crucial role as part of the Professional Services team, helping customers turn telecom data into actionable insights and business value. We are especially interested in candidates with a strong background in Radio Access Networks (RAN) and mobile network operations.

What will you be doing? 

Key Responsibilities include: 

• Help Polystar customers make the most of their investments by providing deep Radio Access Network and Telecom knowledge. 

• Tailor our products for specific customer use cases, operational needs and processes. 

• Close cooperation with our Development and Product teams in defining product feature development needs 

• Driving the development and refinement of our KALIX Portal Suite for Network Analytics and Service Assurance. 

• Customize the KALIX tool to support diverse Telecom use cases, including RAN performance analysis, service assurance, customer care and network operations. 

• Work closely with the Product department to drive Kalix tool development 

• Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment on business goals. 

Stakeholder Management: 

• Maintain strong relationships with customers and internal and external partners. 

• Share customer insights for informed business decisions. 

• Collaborate with Sales to support RFQs and demos, ensuring tailored solutions for customers. 

Qualifications: 

• Deep Knowledge in Radio Access Networks and more broadly in Mobile Telecom Engineering, with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience. 

• Experience from the Telecom sector from a Software Vendor or Telecom Operator perspective 

• Understanding the specific needs and challenges of Telecom Operators from an Operational Support System (OSS) perspective. 

• Solid understanding of Telecom business drivers. 

• Solid understanding of service delivery and project roll-out. 

• Experience in working with Polystar systems or with other Software Vendor system 

Other Requirements: 

• Traveling is required in this role at approximately 10%. 

• For the final candidate, a background check is required. 

Location at Hammarby Sjöstad, Stockholm, or Karlstad.
