As our Senior Consultant, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers succeed with Finago’s solutions. 

You will work on a variety of exciting customer projects, combining consulting expertise, project leadership, ERP implementation, and technical insight to help organizations achieve real business value.  

You’ll join a knowledge-driven team in a fast-growing SaaS company, where collaboration, innovation, and knowledge sharing are central to how we work. Your role will combine technical, commercial, and customer-facing responsibilities, acting as a key link between customers, internal teams, and technical resources. 

💡 Your key tasks and responsibilities include: 

• Onboarding new customers and leading your own customer projects from kick-off to final delivery. 

• Leading ERP implementations, including system setup, configuration, and data migration. 

• Understanding customer needs and business processes, and translating them into effective system solutions. 

• Planning and delivering customer training, workshops, and meetings. 

• Coordinating customers, internal teams, stakeholders, and third parties while ensuring progress and clear communication. 

• Providing technical and commercial guidance throughout customer and sales processes.

Ready to make an impact? 💥 

We’re looking for a Senior Consultant who is analytical, customer-oriented, and comfortable taking ownership of projects, technology, and customer relationships. To succeed in this role, you recognize yourself in several of the following: 

• Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented – you approach challenges systematically and independently. 

• Experienced in project management – you’re comfortable taking ownership and driving projects forward. 

• Financial understanding – you have a solid understanding of accounting, finance, and financial processes. 

• ERP and system understanding – you have an interest in ERP solutions and technology. 

• Commercial mindset – you understand how technology can create business value. 

• Good communicator – you communicate effectively with customers, stakeholders, and technical teams. 

• Independent and proactive – you take initiative, follow through, and enjoy taking responsibility. 

• 2–3 years of relevant experience – preferably from ERP, business software, consulting, or project-based work. Experience with ERP implementation and data import is an advantage, as is experience with payroll and accounting. 

​​​Fluency in Norwegian is required, and fluency in English is also necessary.
