As a Senior Credit Specialist (Order Release), you will be responsible for reviewing customer orders on credit hold and supporting timely order release in line with our credit policies. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working cross‑functionally, is detail‑oriented, and thrives in a fast‑paced, operational finance environment.

You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across Finance, Sales, Customer Service, and other departments to support business continuity and continuous process improvement.

What you will be doing:

• Review customer orders placed on credit hold and take timely action to resolve issues
• Manage cases where credit limits are exceeded, in line with established credit policies
• Respond promptly to inquiries and requests from internal departments
• Build and maintain effective working relationships across teams
• Maintain procedures and ensure documentation is accurate and up to date
• Manage CreditSafe notifications and perform CMD account updates according to internal rules
• Participate in projects and identify opportunities for process improvements
• Support junior colleagues and assist with daily operational tasks
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as required

What you need to succeed:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in order processing and/or Accounts Receivable
• Very good English and Polish skills, both written and spoken
• Very good Excel skills (filtering, sorting, calculations, formatting, VLOOKUP, shortcuts)
• Knowledge of SAP transactions and related finance tools is an advantage
• Ability to manage workload and meet deadlines without close supervision
• Well‑organised, proactive, and motivated to work in a dynamic environment
• Willingness to learn, support others, and contribute to continuous improvement
• Self-directed and innovative mindset. 
• Excellent communication skills for clearly conveying ideas and collaborating with various stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to approach challenges with a critical and innovative mindset.
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment, showing respect and understanding of different cultural perspectives.
