We are looking for a Senior Finance Process Performance Specialist to play a key role in driving process excellence, performance improvements, and governance across Finance.

In this position, you will act as a trusted partner to Finance Process Owners, helping them understand performance, identify root causes, and deliver sustainable improvements. You will work at the crossroads of process management, data, KPIs, and transformation, with a real impact on how Finance operates across the organization.

What you will be doing:

• Lead annual Finance Blueprint and process map reviews, ensuring quality, consistency, and clear ownership
• Drive process performance management, including KPI definition, monitoring, and reporting
• Lead “Go to Green” initiatives, from root‑cause analysis through solution design and tracking results
• Ensure strong process governance and SOX alignment across Finance
• Act as a key advisor to Process Owners on performance, maturity, and improvement opportunities
• Design and improve a structured support model for Process Owners
• Facilitate workshops, performance reviews, and root‑cause analysis sessions
• Monitor and report progress of improvement initiatives, ensuring measurable and sustainable results
• Promote best practices in process management, governance, and continuous improvement
• Contribute to cross‑functional transformation and standardization initiatives

What you need to succeed:

• 5+ years of experience in Finance, process management, performance management, or improvement roles
• Strong understanding of Finance processes and process management frameworks
• Solid experience with:
  • Process performance management
  • KPI frameworks
  • Root‑cause analysis
  • Process redesign
• Analytical mindset and ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Ability to drive change without direct authority
• Very good Excel skills; Power BI is a strong plus
• Experience with process mapping tools and data analysis
• Fluent English (working language)
• Certifications such as Lean Six Sigma, Process Excellence, Agile
• Training in process, change, or performance management is an advantage
• Self-directed and innovative mindset. 
• Eagerness to take ownership of projects and responsibilities, driving personal and professional growth.
