Your mission? 🚀 

As our (Senior) HRIS Specialist, you’ll support HR tech development with a focus on HRIS and payroll projects. You’ll help deliver key initiatives such as HiBob implementation and payroll transformation, while supporting configuration, testing, documentation, and training. 

You’ll play an important role in developing our HR ecosystem in a fast-growing dynamic Saas company. You’ll contribute to HRIS development, collaborate with multiple stakeholders, and gain exposure to integrations and M&A projects. Additionally, your day-to-day tasks will include driving HR processes with our HR systems & tools, reporting, and supporting end-users. You’ll be working with HiBob, Sympa, Mepco, Cornerstone, TalentAdore, and Teamspective, including the integrations between them and other parts of the ecosystem. 

You can also help us stay ahead of the game by exploring how AI can support and improve daily HR practices, reporting, and ways of working. We value your ideas, curiosity, and possible experience in bringing AI into practical HR use cases. 

You’ll work closely side by side with our Senior HRIS Manager and have the support of our 17-person HR & ESG team, in addition to collaborating with IT, Finance, and external partners to build a scalable HR tech ecosystem that supports our growth. Preferrably, your closest office would be our HQ in Espoo, but we are open to other locations as well. 

💡 In a nutshell, your key tasks and responsibilities include: 

  • Leading and supporting HRIS projects, especially HiBob implementation 

  • Supporting payroll system transformation 

  • Configuring, testing, and validating HR systems 

  • Creating documentation and user instructions 

  • Training and supporting managers, HR, and end users 

  • Acting as a HRIS superuser and managing vendors 

  • Supporting HR reporting and analytics 

  • Supporting integrations and data flows across systems 

This is a 12-month fixed-term, full-time position for the duration of key projects. Our growing and developing organization will likely provide opportunities after the fixed-term period, too.

We’re looking for a hands-on HRIS professional ready to support impactful system and project work. To succeed in this role: 

  • You have experience with HR systems, projects, and superuser responsibilities 

  • You understand modern and automatized HR processes and system implementation 

  • You are comfortable working with data and reporting, including AI tools and Excel 

  • You are familiar with using AI to enhance HR processes 

  • You have project experience and a structured way of working 

  • Experience in HRIS development or system ownership is a plus 

  • You communicate well with different stakeholders and can train end-users comfortably 

  • You have an analytical and solution-oriented mindset 

  • You are fluent in English, Finnish or another Nordic language is an advantage
