Senior Marketing Manager

The Role: 

Your primary focus will be on executing the marketing plan to support pipeline generation and building the brand in key regions. In this role, you will be responsible for executing marketing campaigns, creating content, advertisements, and nurturing workflows independently. As a Senior Marketing Manager, you will collaborate closely with our marketing team, located in Finland and Austria, as well as with sales, pre-sales, and product departments. Your role is pivotal in implementing our marketing strategy, and you will foster a culture of teamwork and mutual support, ensuring all efforts are aligned with Nomentia's overall business goals. You are able to lead your own work, taking ownership of marketing initiatives. To succeed in this role, you proactively grow your marketing skills through continuous learning, staying updated on industry trends and best practices. You will be based in our office in Espoo, Finland, and we offer flexibility for hybrid work.  

  

Your responsibilities:  

  • Develop engaging and informative content across various channels, including blog posts, articles, case studies, and social media content. 
  • Craft compelling product messaging and positioning to resonate with our prospects and clients. Work on new materials for the website or develop PowerPoint presentations. 
  • Drive campaigns to attract and convert prospects into sales qualified leads. 
  • Implement and optimize marketing automation tools, such as HubSpot, to nurture leads through the funnel and streamline marketing processes.  
  • Build and maintain a strong brand presence, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels and materials. 
  • Create engaging ads for Google, LinkedIn, and display advertising. 
  • Plan and execute industry events, webinars, and conferences to enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and identify strategic partnerships to expand market reach.  

 

Requirements  

  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, with a preference for candidates with a background in SaaS. 
  • Track record in generating leads, SQLs, and opportunities using digital marketing tactics. We appreciate if you can demonstrate quantitative success as part of your application. 
  • The ability to initiate and drive multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating a proactive approach to work.  
  • Experience with Hubspot, Salesforce, Figma, Adobe, as well as tools like PowerPoint is an advantage. 
  • Excellent written and spoken English. Other languages, such as German, Finnish, Swedish, or Dutch are seen as a plus. 
  • BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field.
