About the opportunity:
We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to help shape the future of our product. You’ll be responsible for product planning and execution throughout the product life cycle, from discovery and delivery of new products to optimizing the existing product portfolio.
You’ll be working closely with designers, software engineers, and other stakeholders to build awesome products that enable brands to get maximum value and a great experience from using Nosto’s Commerce Experience platform. The exact focus area can reflect your special area of expertise or interest.
What you will be doing:
Collect and analyze feedback from customers, internal teams and other stakeholders to shape the vision, strategy and roadmap for the product
Identify product opportunities and make creative recommendations to expand product base and vision
Work with senior management to influence long-term objectives
Coordinate cross-functional working groups, communicating the priorities and ensuring planned deliverables and roadmap timelines are achieved
Work closely with Product Marketing to align on product packaging, messaging and internal presentation / communication
Develop and analyze metrics that indicate the success of product initiatives and instill a data-driven mindset in the team
Be the voice of our customer in all aspects of product development and delivery
Act as a ‘product champion’ and internal point of reference for capabilities and applications of the platform
What we expect:
Previous experience of working as a product manager on B2B products or services
Clear and credible track record of product management process skills
Demonstrated ability to relate to customer problems and translate complex business needs to margin-enhancing solutions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and and understanding of how to best communicate to different audiences
Experience with agile development methodologies and related tools
