We are now looking for Senior Scientist to join ProperTune ICME team (materials modeling group focusing on metallic materials).

As a Senior Scientist, your key goals are developing and applying Phase Field method on state-of-the-art and next-generation metallic alloys and ceramic materials, with phenomena ranging from solidification, solid-state phase transformations, crack propagation, and couplings to crystal plasticity models.  In this position, you will have an essential role in developing and applying these methods to many different manufacturing processes and end applications.

In ProperTune ICME team, we work on using multiscale modelling approaches for optimal computational materials design, and replacing expensive, time-consuming testing. We have spent last two decades to develop modelling tools across length and time scales together with our industrial partners and applied them to their critical components in mechanical machines and devices. With our modelling excellence, we aim to shorten the time-to-market of high-performance materials by an average of 50%.
