Role details  

As a Senior Sales Executive, you will

  • Manage independently your pipeline and are accountable for delivering on sales targets. 

  • Take good care of existing customers in collaboration with Presales, Product, Support and Consulting teams. 

  • Lead strategic/tactical meetings, contract renewal negotiations with a consultative approach.  

  • Share product updates to current customers and grow existing accounts through strategic upselling.  

  • Lead cross‑functional collaboration with internal stakeholders to improve net revenue retention (NRR). 

  • Maintain accurate sales activity records and account planning in Salesforce and forecast pipeline performance.  

 

Who you’ll work with  

Your core team: Sales Nordics, and the broader Presales, Product and Consulting teams.  

Stakeholders: Customers and internal experts at Nomentia.  

 

What success looks like in this role  

 

In the first 6 months, you’re expected to

  • Build a strong sales pipeline and close initial deals.  

  • Establish trust with key customers and internal teams.  

  • Learn the product and the value proposition. 

 

Longer term, you’ll be measured by

  • Net revenue retention (NRR).  

  • Sales target achievement and upsell success.  

  • Quality of collaboration and customer satisfaction.  

 

What we’re looking for  

  • Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in fintech or SaaS.  

  • Proven success in consultative sales and working with C-level stakeholders.  

  • Background in cash management, treasury, and financial services ecosystems is seen as a plus. 

  • Native-level Finnish and fluent English; other European languages are a plus.  

 

Practical information   

  • Salary: Base salary + sales commission, depending on your skills, experience and performance.  

  • Work setup: Hybrid model with flexibility and regular in-person collaboration.
