šŸ“ Role detailsĀ 

As a Senior Sales Executive, you will:Ā 

  • Take good care of existing customers in collaboration with Customer Success, Support and Consulting teams.Ā 

  • Lead sales meetings and contract renewal negotiations with a consultative approach.Ā 

  • Share product updates to current customers and grow existing accounts through strategic upselling.Ā 

  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth customer onboarding and satisfaction.Ā 

  • Maintain accurate sales activity records in Salesforce and forecast pipeline performance.Ā

Your core team: Sales Nordics, and the broader Product and Consulting teams.Ā 
Stakeholders: Customers and internal experts at Nomentia.Ā

In the first 6 months, you’re expected to:Ā 

  • Build a strong sales pipeline and close initial deals.Ā 

  • Establish trust with key customers and internal teams.Ā 

Longer term, you’ll be measured by:Ā 

  • Net revenue retention.Ā 

  • Sales target achievement and upsell success.Ā 

  • Quality of collaboration and customer satisfaction.Ā

🧩 What we’re looking forĀ 

  • Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in fintech or SaaS.Ā 

  • Familiarity with cash management, treasury, and financial services ecosystems is seen as a plus.Ā 

  • Proven success in consultative sales and working with C-level stakeholders.Ā 

  • Solid experience in Salesforce and Salesloft.

  • Native-level Finnish and fluent English; other European languages are a plus.Ā
