đ Role detailsÂ
As a Senior Sales Executive, you will:Â
Drive new business sales in the DACH region, with a strong focus on Switzerland.Â
Lead sales meetings and negotiations with a consultative approach.Â
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline from prospecting to closing.Â
Represent Nomentia at customer events, conferences, and industry gatherings.Â
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.Â
Maintain accurate sales activity records in Salesforce and forecast pipeline performance.Â

Core team: DACH Midmarket Sales Team.Â
Stakeholders: Customers and internal experts across Sales, Product, and Consulting.Â

In the first 6 months, youâre expected to:Â
Build a strong pipeline and close initial deals.Â
Establish trust with key prospects and internal teams.Â
Longer term, success will be measured by:Â
New business revenue growth.Â
Sales target achievement.Â
Quality of collaboration and customer satisfaction.Â

đ§Š What weâre looking forÂ
Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in fintech or SaaS.Â
Results-driven professional with a proactive mindset.Â
Proven experience in identifying and developing new market opportunities, combined with a strong commitment to execution and results.Â
Proven success in consultative sales and working with C-level stakeholders.Â
Familiarity with cash management, treasury, and financial services ecosystems is a plus.Â
Solid experience in Salesforce and Salesloft.Â
Native-level German and fluent English; other European languages are a plus.Â
