✨ Role highlights

  • Own Revenue Growth – You take charge of the full B2B sales cycle for mid-market and enterprise accounts (companies with 500 employees or more).
  • Phased Market Expansion – During the first 12 months, you learn to master our product and business model, and drive growth in our current markets (~70% of your time). After 9-12 months, you gradually shift ~70% of your focus onto new markets and replicate the success.Β 
  • Strategic Team Role – You set a new benchmark for execution, leading by example, sharing modern value-based sales methodologies and sparring with your colleagues across the revenue team.
  • Hybrid Work Model – You enjoy hybrid flexibility with collaborative days at our brand-new office in Pasila, Helsinki.
  • Compensation & Ownership – We believe in a total compensation model which includes a fixed base salary, variable performance-based compensation, benefits, and the opportunity to become a shareholder in TalentAdore. Your fixed base salary (4,000-5,000€ per month) is complemented by a motivating variable package (OTE of 5,000–8,000€ per month).

πŸ’Ό What you will be doing

As a trusted advisor, you understand each prospect’s goals, empathise with the challenges they face, diagnose their underlying business problems, and help them understand the measurable business impact they would obtain by solving those challenges. You make a real difference by:

  • Owning the Full Sales Cycle – You proactively drive new business from initial prospecting and pipeline building to negotiating and closing. You follow our proven modern consultative, value-based sales process with HR leaders and C-level executives. You are not alone – our highly capable and genuinely helpful revenue team, including our marketing and BDR teams, helps you grow your pipeline.
  • Managing Enterprise & Key Accounts – You navigate complex, multi-divisional organisations (e.g. companies with several independent BUs) where managing multiple internal stakeholders and building trust across business units is key to making deals and expanding accounts.
  • Raising the Bar – Continuous growth is one of our five company values. We strive to be better today than we were yesterday. You contribute by (a) bringing fresh ideas, (b) embracing best practices in modern sales, and (c) experimenting with new ways to engage customers. By leading through example, you encourage the sharing of insights, tactics, and learnings across our already strong revenue team, helping all of us grow together.
  • Pioneering New International Markets – Once you have successfully established your track record in our current markets, you will gradually increase your focus (up to 70% in Phase 2) toward identifying, validating, and unlocking new European markets.

We use tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and Clevenio – you do not need to master them all upfront. Your curiosity, collaboration, strong pipeline hygiene, and ability to analyse your pipeline and act on the insights will set you up for success.

🎯 What we are looking for

Must-haves

  • Consultative Sales Experience: You bring strong business acumen and a senior commercial mindset gained through substantial experience in business environments. With at least 5+ years of consultative B2B SaaS sales experience, you have a proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding new business revenue targets. You understand complex customer needs, identify business opportunities, and build compelling value propositions that connect solutions to measurable business outcomes.
  • Value-Based Sales Mastery: You have experience running structured, consultative discovery processes. With your coaching skills, you guide prospects to realise the direct business and financial impact of solving their workflow inefficiencies – ideally with TalentAdore.Β 
  • Proven International Success: You have direct experience selling to international customers and developing new markets – this role grows towards international expansion over time.
  • Language Proficiency: You possess full professional fluency in both Finnish and English. You confidently pitch, negotiate, and close deals in Finnish, while using exceptional English skills to collaborate with our team and engage with our international prospects and customers.
  • Agency & Proactivity: You have a strong hunter mindset and a high sense of agency. You proactively build and nurture your own sales pipeline, create opportunities, and take ownership of achieving results rather than relying solely on inbound leads.
  • Teamwork: You possess a genuine appreciation for our collaborative culture, with the belief that the best results are achieved by working together as one team.

Nice-to-haves

  • You have worked in a fast-paced, growth-stage B2B SaaS environment (ideally 50–500 employees), preferably in HR tech, recruitment, or a closely related consultative field. Previous experience selling to HR professionals is a strong plus.
  • You have managed complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders, technical assessments, and ROI-driven business cases.
  • You have Β developed a highly resilient, proactive, and experimental working style – you love testing new approaches, analysing feedback, and quickly adapting based on what works.
  • You are fluent in additional languages that would support international market expansion are highly valued e.g. German (most preferred), Dutch, French, native-level English, Swedish, or Spanish.

🚨 Compensation & Ownership
The base salary for this position is €4,000–€5,000 per month, depending on your skills, background, and experience. In addition, you'll have a tailored variable compensation plan, bringing your On-Target Earnings (OTE) to €5,000–€8,000 per month. We believe in shared success, which is why, after successfully completing your probationary period, we offer you the opportunity to acquire shares and become a co-owner of the company.
