We are excited to invite a talented Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic Salesforce Platform & Solution team, where you can make a real difference to the future of customer-centric digital services.

About the role

This is a highly technical and collaborative role where you will shape the future of the Elisa Salesforce platform by designing and implementing solutions that support both technical and business goals.

Working closely with skilled architects and developers, you will help evolve a platform that enables key business functions such as marketing, sales, customer service, and customer relationship management.

You will contribute to projects that leverage AI and machine learning to enhance customer interactions through data-driven insights and automate processes within the Salesforce ecosystem.

Our Salesforce platform is complex, with numerous integrations across different systems, making this a rewarding opportunity for those seeking to solve challenges in a large-scale, integrated environment.

What we are looking for

• A minimum of 4 years of intensive hands-on experience in development focused on the Salesforce platform.
• Solid experience in Lightning development, Apex, and Flows.
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce cloud technologies, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud. Familiarity with Data Cloud and GCP is an advantage.
• Proven experience with integrations to diverse systems and external applications, both with and without middleware.
• Familiarity with various Force.com APIs, integration patterns, and best practices.
• Hands-on experience using AI coding assistants (GitHub Copilot, Claude, Agentforce Vibes, Cursor) as part of daily Salesforce development.
• Comfortable working in AI-assisted development life cycle, including code generation, PR reviews, running tests, validating AI outputs and enriching them for future.
• Strong communication skills to clearly and logically present solutions to complex challenges.
• Fluency in English.

Preferred Extras

• Familiarity with TM Forum Open Digital architecture.
• Experience in the development and design of Open APIs.
• Experience with AI and machine learning technologies, particularly Agentforce
• Experience running AI tooling in containerized or headless environments, using Docker or Podman to host MCP servers
• Experience in the telecommunications industry.

📍 The Salesforce Platform & Solutions team is based in the Elisa HQ office in Pasila, Helsinki and works in a flexible hybrid model that supports both collaboration and work-life balance. Please note that you must be authorized to work in Finland, and that we do not offer relocation support.
