In the AI and Product development team of Elisa's Corporate Customer Unit, we are responsible for ensuring that our corporate customers are able to smoothly utilize the opportunities brought by artificial intelligence. We are also responsible for ensuring that our customers have the best Connectivity solutions and products now and in the future. We need your help with all of this! 

We are now looking for a Senior Software Developer, AI to be part of Elisa's newly established AI Transformation team for Corporate Customers. 

In the role of Senior Software Developer, AI, you will focus on utilizing artificial intelligence to enhance different areas of operations, from business thinking to reshaping processes and workflows and automating and accelerating product development.  

To succeed in this role, we expect from you: 

• Understanding of business processes; you recognize process interfaces and can understand links to technical capabilities  
• Strong skills and practical experience in developing production scale AI solutions 
• Strong experience working with cloud platforms (Azure, GCP, AWS; especially MLOPS practices) 
• Strong experience in AI solution integrations (APIs) 
• Data management & data: strong experience in data modeling, analysis and data integration & pipelines 
• Knowledge of different ETL Tools
• Previous work experience in Python, Java, Scala or other programming languages 
• Knowledge of different AI/ML models 
• Good social skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders in a goal-oriented and efficient manner, promoting issues at different organizational levels between 

Advantages: 

• Experience in Azure or google AI Platform (e.g., Azure ai studio, Google agent builder and copilot studio) 
• Full stack development experience 
• Basic understanding about Salesforce 
• Experience in using various agile development methods (Kanban, Scrum, SaFe, Lean...) 
• Goal-oriented, customer-oriented and solution-oriented working approach - you work efficiently without compromising on the quality of your work and are capable of independent and quick decision-making while prioritizing both your own and the team's work 

Success in the task requires previously gained experience in the development of wide-ranging artificial intelligence solutions. In addition, understanding business processes and identifying process interfaces is important in the task.
