Elisa is continuously working on better network service level for all our customers. In the era of fast-growing extensive data transfers this requires fast and reliable networks and superior balancing and network operation skills. To master this, we need not only faster connection technologies but also innovative automation services. This is where our HYPA (Hyper Automation) team steps in.
We are now looking for a Senior/Lead Software Developer, with several years of experience and drive to take on new challenges.

Our team is building a state-of-the-art Hyper Automation platform for preventive automation and predictive analytics services. Our team is responsible for the whole lifecycle of the product, and we can optimize our development practices, processes, and solutions independently to provide best service to our customers.
We believe in the importance of face-to-face interaction to maintain and develop our culture and strengthen our sense of community. Our hybrid work model expects Elisians to work on average three days a week at the office.

We’re working with modern software tools and DevOps practices. Our system is based on event-driven microservices architecture. It’s written mostly with Java and Go and runs on cloud platform utilizing Kubernetes.
