Job Summary 

We are looking for a hands-on, business-oriented, and technically minded Senior Supply Chain Implementation Consultant to support client onboarding and system deployment for Perito IBP our leading supply chain planning platform. This role is ideal for a supply chain expert who can bridge business knowledge in S&OP and Integrated Business Planning with the technical setup of supply chain software across demand, inventory, and supply planning. 

You will work directly with client teams to configure data pipelines, manage planning logic, and ensure smooth adoption of PeritoIBP. Your Mission: 

As our Senior Supply Chain Implementation Consultant, your mission is simple: help our new customers implement a robust integrated business planning process by keeping a close eye on both the What (system integration), the How (the business processes) and the Why (people and change efforts).

Key Responsibilities 

• Lead end-to-end implementation projects, aligning PeritoIBP with customer planning processes. 

• Take ownership of data onboarding: analyze SQL data, define and build transformation logic, and ensure compatibility with PeritoIBP input formats. 

• Design and configure ETL workflows, integrating client ERP data through batch or real-time pipelines. 

• Collaborate with client IT and planning teams to validate mappings, test data quality, and troubleshoot issues. 

• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders at all levels — from CEO, COO, CCO, CFO, to planners, purchasers, and production teams — to understand needs and ensure successful adoption. 

• Guide clients through the setup and use of PeritoIBP across demand, supply, and inventory planning. 

• Support documentation, training, and post-go-live stabilization with a continuous improvement mindset. 

What you bring? 

• Deep understanding of supply chain planning concepts: demand planning, inventory management, production scheduling, and S&OP. 

• Proven experience with SQL for data extraction and transformation (joins, subqueries, optimization). 

• Hands-on experience in ETL development or data onboarding for enterprise systems. 

• Strong communication skills with ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders. 

• Comfortable leading multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail and accountability. 

• A hands-on, can-do, problems solving attitude always driving the client forward towards the goals

• Experience with tools such as Perito IBP, SAP IBP, o9, Anaplan, or Kinaxis. 

• Exposure to ERP systems (e.g., SAP, MS Dynamics, Epicor, Infor, etc) and knowledge of relevant data structures. 

• Familiarity with scripting in other languages than SQL (e.g., Python) or visualization (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). 

• Background in consulting, BI, operations research, or data engineering.
