We seek a talented and Senior Digital Product/UX Designer to strengthen our design organisation.

At Elisa Design, you will be part of a multicultural and multi-disciplined design organisation that delivers rich designs and innovative user experiences for different platforms and devices. You’ll be involved in every part of the product development process, from research to testing and final implementation with users. You will join an international design organisation of 30+ designers and an Elisa-wide design community with regular events, sharing and learning opportunities.

You will be based in our Helsinki, Tampere or Tallinn office and collaborate daily with colleagues and stakeholders across Finland. You will join our design team while working in a cross-functional agile product team with self-service channels as your focus area.

You can 

• Create modern, fresh, and creative designs following the brand of Elisa
• Gather a deep understanding of customer needs and communicate findings to internal stakeholders
• Understand and make design decisions based on both qualitative and quantitative data
• Work in design projects from end-to-end, ensuring delivery to the highest standards
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and marketers, to bring new designs to life
• Collaborate with other teams to integrate design solutions into existing systems and processes
• Present your designs clearly to stakeholders and elaborate, discuss, and defend your design decisions

You have 

• 6+ years of experience in design, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects
• Experience in creating Designs in Figma
• Knowledge of AI tools as part of the design process
• Experience in Visual Design in such tools like Adobe Illustrator/Figma
• Knowledge and experience of user-centered design methodologies and tools, such as user research, prototyping, and testing
• Collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Good understanding of accessibility in digital design
• Problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to develop creative solutions to complex problems
• Curiosity about users and how to anticipate their needs by understanding behaviours 
• Excellent communication skills in English
• A solid data-driven and user-centric approach to design
• Eagerness to learn and grow 
• A portfolio showcasing your experience and skills in design
