Service Coordinator
Are you passionate about helping customers and providing top-notch service? We are looking for a Service Coordinator to join our Customer Success team! In this role, you'll assist our customers with their questions and issues, ensuring they have a fantastic experience with our products and services like Smart Pods, Framery Connect, and Framery Subscribed.
You will be part of the Customer Success team of 10 persons, working alongside skilled colleagues dedicated to ensuring that our customers have the best possible experience with Framery.
You will work in close partnership with another Service Coordinator, sharing responsibilities and best practices. Your work will make a big difference in keeping our customers satisfied and connected with Framery!
What does the Customer Success team do?
The Customer Success team is here to make sure Framery customers get the most out of our products and services. We aim to make our customers' experience as smooth and meaningful as possible. We do this by staying on top of customer needs, understanding the customer journey, and monitoring how they interact with our solutions.
When unexpected issues come up, our customer support team is ready to step in quickly and make things right, ensuring our customers stay happy and confident in their choice.
Main responsibilities in the role:
Manage customer support requests via email, phone, and chat
Respond quickly to solve issues and provide clear instructions
Help customers troubleshoot and navigate our products
Collaborate with other teams to keep customers informed until their issues are resolved
Use our systems to access and verify customer information
Assist our Customer Success Managers with account updates and changes
Handle tasks related to our rental service, Framery Subscribed, including managing orders and returns
Share feedback to help improve our customer support processes
What do we expect from you?
Strong time-management skills and attention to detail
Some experience in customer service and office work
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Fluent in written and spoken English; additional languages are an advantage
Passionate about providing excellent customer service
Great communication skills, both written and verbal
Willingness to learn and use new systems
Adaptability to change and a positive attitude
We are looking for an energetic and positive team player, a self-starter with a result-oriented approach and great problem solving skills. According to the current hybrid working model in the team, we expect you to have the possibility to work at the Tampere office approximately three days a week.
