Role description
We are looking for a proactive, talented, and passionate Service Designer to join our design team in Netvisor. You will have a key role in developing our product through collaborating with a large variety of stakeholders and end-users. 
 
As a Service Designer, you will utilize design thinking methods to create research-driven strategies resulting in product, services, and business opportunities.
You will help us to map our product and service environment by conducting thorough research and analysis of the findings, running productive workshops across different stakeholders, and presenting the results to business owners and designers.
 
As a Service Designer, your daily job includes

  • Running Co-design sessions with users and stakeholders to develop solutions
  • Create and maintain product maps, user journeys, and service blueprints 
  • Conducting different research methods depending on the requirements
  • Building relationship with end-users to incorporate their insights in our delivery
  • Presenting research findings by utilizing visual design skills 
  • Contribute to the development of the product design and business priorities
  • Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to study and analyze the insights from different channels 
  • Developing research methods for quick tests and studies

 
In order to succeed in this role, we expect you to have

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Service Design, Design Research and Strategic Design
  • Educational background in Design or related fields 
  • Presenting research findings by utilizing visual design skills 
  • Excellent skills in facilitating workshops and Design research sessions
  • Good communication skills. This position includes constant collaboration with end-users in Finland, so fluent Finnish and English are required.
  • Ability to deliver the results within the expected time frame
  • Team-work spirit and collaborative mindset to work with designers and business owners
  • Visual design skills to present the results
  • A design-driven mindset to create actionable plans
  • Software industry and b2b experience are considered a plus
