We will strengthen our local presence in Central Europe to help our partners to succeed with onsite activities. Therefore we are looking for a Service Manager, Central Europe, to join our growing team and to manage the entire Central Europe region. In this new role your home will be in the Service Partner Management team. You will work closely with external partners and dealers enabling onsite success through training and certification of Framery service network. Internally your key teams will be Sales, Product Development and teams related to customer service and success. In this role you will work fully remotely, visits to our headquarters in Finland, Tampere are part of this role along with traveling to partner and customer locations. This role requires working from home office. Ideally you’d be located in the Baden-Württemberg region, but we are open for other central Europe locations.
Key responsibilities in this role are:
New service partner acquisition and onboarding in central Europe
Training and certification of selected service partners
Managing partner relations and cooperation activities
Following partner's performance and enabling their success
Technical support and link to service partners and HQ
Traveling to train and certify partners
This role will suit you, if you have a high drive for success coupled with a hands on approach, not forgetting about good technical skills and ability to cooperate with different partners. You have perseverance and you don't get discouraged easily. You enjoy cooperation with various stakeholders and have the ability to solve tricky situations to benefit everyone. You have willingness to develop, learn and evolve both your job and yourself continuously and you are ready to make decisions where needed. We are looking for a team player with a proactive and independent working style flavored with good interpersonal skills.
To succeed in this role you have:
Relevant degree (for example BSc or MSc in engineering) or experience in a similar role.
Experience in successfully training others, preferable with hands-on training.
Experience in managing valuable relationships with partners and creating impact through cooperation.
Fluency in German and English, French is considered as a big asset.
