Software Developer (Iasi/Cluj, Romania)
What You Will Do
- Develop and operate a new solution that automates the investigation and resolution of critical support tickets.
- Collect and analyze incident data to identify possible causes and support faster resolution.
- Manage infrastructure, DevOps, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance activities related to the solution.
- Continuously develop new use cases and features to enhance the solution's capabilities.
- Reduce manual work, support costs, and SLA-related risks through automation and continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of software development experience.
- Strong experience developing applications and solutions using Java.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, including AWS and Microsoft Azure.
- Experience with infrastructure automation and Infrastructure as Code concepts.
- Knowledge of containerization technologies and platforms such as Docker and OpenShift.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Experience working with monitoring, operational support, and incident management processes.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Technical /Non-Technical Background & Skills
- Experience with Terraform for infrastructure provisioning and management.
- Knowledge of Azure Fabric, Microsoft Intune, and Microsoft Entra ID.
- Experience working with ServiceNow and IT service management environments.
- Familiarity with AI technologies, including OpenAI solutions, GitHub Copilot, and AI-driven support capabilities.
- Understanding of Service Desk automation, incident investigation, and support optimization practices.
