Role Overview

In this role, you will combine strategic leadership with hands-on execution to expand our software product reach worldwide. Key Responsibilities
As the Software Sales Director, you will develop and implement the sales strategy for our precast production software portfolio. You will identify and pursue new business opportunities and cultivate strong relationships with both new and existing clients across international markets. Your goal is to expand our software customer base and significantly increase revenue globally.
Additionally, your responsibilities include setting ambitious sales targets and actively working to meet or exceed them, as well as closely monitoring market trends to inform product development and sales tactics. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams - such as product development, marketing, and regional sales - to ensure our software offerings meet customer needs and that our value proposition is clearly communicated. Importantly, you won’t just be directing from the sidelines; you will personally engage in key negotiations and sales processes, leading by example to inspire the entire sales effort.
Qualifications and Experience
To excel in this role, you should have a solid background in B2B sales of software or technology solutions, ideally with international scope. You are a proven leader with the ability to craft and execute sales strategies, and you also thrive in hands-on client engagement and deal-making.
We expect you to have excellent negotiation and communication skills in English; proficiency in Finnish or other languages is an advantage. A relevant university degree (for example, in business, engineering, or information technology) is preferred.
You are strategic and analytical in your approach, yet entrepreneurial and proactive in seizing opportunities. Experience in the construction technology or industrial software sector is a plus, but your demonstrated success in driving sales growth and managing client relationships is what matters most. Willingness to travel internationally and adapt to different cultures will help you succeed in this global role.
