As our Solution Architect, you'll take a key role in designing and implementing modern, production‑ready solution and AI architectures across our Business Solutions domain. You will work hands-on with delivery teams and collaborate closely with stakeholders across our Nordic product and technology organization.

Your work directly shapes the scalability of our tech ecosystem and supports the growth of Finago.

💡 Your key tasks and responsibilities include:

• Designing and delivering end‑to‑end solution architectures for complex business initiatives
• Creating reusable integration, automation and AI patterns to reduce long‑term complexity
• Being hands‑on in designing, building, configuring and validating architectural solutions together with delivery teams
• Ensuring solution scalability, security, compliance and production readiness
• Translating business needs into solution and AI designs with clear trade-offs
• Producing clear architectural documentation and decision-ready materials
• Coaching others in modern solution and AI architecture practices

This is a permanent, full‑time position based in Espoo, but the role has a Nordic‑level scope. The Solution Architect will report directly to Director, Business Solutions.

Ready to make an impact? 💥

We’re looking for a Solution Architect ready to shape the future of our Business Solutions architecture. To succeed in this position:

• You have about 5 years of experience in solution architecture or a closely related senior technical role
• You have proven experience designing modern, scalable, cloud‑based solutions
• You have demonstrated ability to build production‑grade AI solutions and integrate them into business processes
• You have strong capability in API‑ and integration‑driven architectures
• You are hands‑on — you like to build, validate and prototype, not only design
• You are collaborative and communicative, and enjoy working with people and sharing knowledge
• You are curious about understanding historical architecture context and navigating fragmented environments
• You are self‑driven and structured in your way of working
• You are fluent in English (Finnish, Norwegian and Swedish language skills are an advantage).

Please note, that passing the standard security clearance vetting conducted by the Finnish Security and Intelligence Service is a requirement for employment in this position. We will begin the security clearance process immediately after both parties have signed the employment contract.
