Your mission? 🚀 

As our Solution Manager, you’ll join our Business Applications team, which takes care of managing all of Finago’s business specific applications, such as Sales, Finance, Marketing, Customer Service and Professional Service. In this role, you’ll be responsible for shaping the future of our CRM and ensuring that the sales have the tools needed to grow the company further! 

💡 Your key tasks and responsibilities include: 

  • Making an impact on the future of our CRM; you’ll get to collaborate with our commercial operations functions and stakeholders to jointly build and develop a best-in-class CRM for a Nordic SaaS champion. 

  • Helping the company grow; you’ll get to contribute to M&A activities by evaluating and integrating new technologies across the Finago Group. 

  • Building the future development roadmap for our sales organization. 

  • Driving automation through use of AI and state of the art automation capacities. 

This position is full-time and permanent. You’ll be part of a supportive team who is always there to support each other’s professional growth. Although your team is based in Espoo, Jyväskylä and Oslo, and you’ll be based in Espoo, working in a flexible hybrid model with regular team meet-ups at our Keilaniemi office.

Ready to make an impact? 💥 

We’re looking for a motivated and proactive Microsoft Dynamics CRM professional ready to make an impact on our CRM platform. To succeed in this position you have: 

  • 5+ years of experience managing Microsoft Dynamics CE CRM 

  • A relevant degree in business, IT or related field 

  • Strong documentation, communication, and collaboration skills 

  • The ability to manage costs and budgets effectively 

  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken); proficiency in Finnish is considered a plus 

Please note, that passing the standard security clearance vetting conducted by the Finnish Security and Intelligence Service is a requirement for employment in this position. We will begin the security clearance process immediately after both parties have signed the employment contract.
