Solution Specialist, Sales & Marketing

To ensure that the magic in soundproof pods happens in the future with smart and connected digital systems, we are looking for a Solution Specialist, Sales & Marketing  to join Framery’s IT team. Your role

As Solution Specialist, Sales & Marketing you will work with Salesforce to help businesses to automate and ease their work with system capabilities. Framery is using Salesforce extensively in areas such as sales, after sales, support, marketing and partner co-operation. You will  work closely with different business functions and in cooperation with other IT team members turning business requirements into technical solutions.

 

As Salesforce admin you will take care of user access and end user support and create customization and automations on top of the platform.  You will also have ownership of our customized partner platform which means that you will plan more functionalities, guide developers and train sales teams and partners to use it. Ensuring data transfer of customers and sales orders between different systems is an important part of this role. Sometimes you take time to update reports in Salesforce. You also will manage integrations and co-operate with an integration developer when changes are needed.

 

Your background

You already have some hands-on experience in working with Salesforce or other CRM and hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as business, technology or IT. You have a basic understanding of sales processes and marketing. You enjoy working with people and want to help businesses to succeed in their daily tasks with the best possible tools. You have strong communication and cooperations skills and you want to learn new things and develop yourself as a professional. Strong spoken and written skills in English is a must, Finnish is an asset.
