Who you are and what you will do

As a person, you are curious and constantly wanting to push yourself to the limits of your knowledge. You want to challenge the status quo and get people to see their business in a new light. 

In this role you’ll be supporting organizations with their digital transformation, helping them become customer centric and supporting them in future proofing their capabilities. You will be responsible for clarifying and finding solutions to our clients’ challenges and work closely with a team of mixed competences. Our entrepreneurial culture will give you all the possibilities to develop and become an independent thought leader. The rest is up to your ambition!

You probably have a bachelor’s degree within business administration or similar fields, and you are either recently graduated or have worked a year or two in management consulting within projects related to data, technology, organizational change, marketing, or sales.

You’ve got a strong interest in consultative sales and would like to learn account management. You have a can-do attitude and ability to act in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines on time and budget. With your excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Swedish you are a true team player with a bit of laid-back attitude.


Last but not least, the requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from relevant field
  • Supporting and interacting with our clients in strategic and transformational matters, with expertise within customer experience, marketing, and related data and technologies. 
  • Project management skills
  • Managing selected projects and accounts 
  • Coordinating our cross-competence customer teams’ work and ensuring results for the clients
  • Proactively participate in Avaus culture and its shaping and development
  • Participate in building a growth mindset and culture within the organization
  • Actively seek opportunities to deepen expertise in named area
  • Maintain a library of materials related to the expertise and act as the internal coach and SME in relevant assignments
  • Fluency in Swedish and English (verbal and written)
