Currently we are looking to strengthen our strategy team with a Senior Consultant in our Swedish business unit.
As a senior consultant at Avaus you’ll be supporting organizations on their digital transformation, helping them become customer centric and supporting them in future proofing their capabilities. You will be responsible for clarifying and finding solutions to our clients’ challenges, and providing them with tangible business results. As a person, you are curious and constantly wanting to push yourself to the limits of your knowledge. You are a people person and passionate about data, algorithms and customer experience as well as marketing and sales. You really want to challenge the status quo and get people to see their business in a new light. In addition to high impact PowerPoints you enjoy driving the change and seeing the business results of your work in practice. You probably have at least 3 years of experience in management consulting or in similar role.
Your key responsibilities include:
Customer advisory and growth including:
Advising and interacting with our clients in strategic and transformational matters, with expertise within customer experience, marketing, and related data and technologies.
Understanding your clients challenges/opportunities within tech and analytics
Managing selected projects and key accounts & being responsible for account targets
Coordinating our cross-competence customer teams’ work and ensuring results for the clients
Actively develop and contribute to new point of views and best practices
Identifying new opportunities in existing and new accounts, and actively driving business development activities
Team and capability building:
Proactively participate in Avaus culture and its shaping and development
Participate in building a growth mindset and culture within the organisation
Subject matter expertise development
Actively seek opportunities to deepen expertise in named area
Maintain a library of materials related to the expertise and act as the internal coach and SME in relevant assignments
Thought leadership around the selected topic, both internally and externally
Collaboration within Avaus
Although the main focus should be on high quality delivery and client development in the Swedish market, collaborating and sharing learnings across the group will be key
What we're looking for:
Academic Bachelor´s or Master’s degree (e.g. business, technology or similar)
3+ years of work experience in management consulting with experience in projects related to data, technology, organizational change, marketing or sales (or similar role)
Experience or strong interest in consultative sales and account management
Ambition, drive and can do attitude
Ability to act in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines on time & budget
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Swedish
Team-player mindset with a bit of laid-back attitude
