The Opportunity

We are now looking to hire a Summer Intern as part of our Fund Investor Relations team in Helsinki. This is a unique opportunity to familiarize yourself with private equity fundraising and get a front-row view of private equity, fund investor relations work and international B2B sales. The CapMan Fund Investor Relations team is responsible for coordinating CapMan’s fundraising and fund investor relations activities across CapMan’s asset classes. The team is co-operating closely with all CapMan’s investment teams and covering a global investor base. 

This position is full-time and fixed-term internship for approximately 3 months. We are flexible with the exact starting time and duration of the internship. 

As our Summer Intern, your key responsibilities will include e.g.: 

  • Ensuring accurate and up-to-date information in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. 
  • Monitoring, analysing and collecting data from investor databases. 
  • Assisting in market research and analysing market trends within private equity. 
  • Overall support to the Fund Investor Relations team.

Who we are looking for

You are at the later stage in your Bachelor’s degree (either University of Applied Sciences or academic) in business administration, economics or a related field, and you have succeeded well in your studies. 

To be successful in this role, we believe that you recognize yourself having the following; 

  • A structured and detail-oriented approach to work. 
  • Hands-on attitude and eagerness to help others. 
  • Ability to handle manual, structured tasks efficiently. 
  • Good MS Office skills (experience in data management tools is considered a plus). 
  • Interest in the private equity field. 
  • Some relevant office work experience. 
  • Fluency in English (other Nordic language is an advantage).
