System Test Designer
For our technology industry customer focused on logistics solutions we are now urgently looking for a SYSTEM TEST DESIGNER to Järvenpää. Test designer is responsible of defining system level testing strategy, architecture and overall implementation system testing design. Products to be tested are embedded equipment, desktop applications, server side components and cloud services. The role requires strong practical experience of autonomic system testing and ability to understand and analyse system level functionalities from software level to physical car level. Assuring performance, durability, cyber security and system level robustness are very critical aspects of the work.
The test designer designs and implements robust, automated test solutions supporting testing over system life-cycle.Key responsibility areas are regression testing, durability testing, debugging, measurements and collection and analysis of test supporting data. Job will also include assesment of component level solutions, supplier validation and testing aspects related to technical requirements and system architecture.Testing planner acts in a central role in making sure that whole system works reliably and in a controlled manner in different use cases.
On-site work requirement at least 3 days weekly. You can also be a freelance entrepreneur part of our delivery network.
We expect of you:
• relevant M.Sc./B.Sc.engineering degree.
• Several years of experience in relevant test design projects or system level testing.
• Deep understanding of end-to-end system behaviour and a holistic view of the whole system that needs to be tested.
• Good skills communicating fluently both by speaking and writing in English.
• and of course, the ability to work both independently and as team member on simultaneous projects under the occasional time-pressure.
