Our Team

Our Stockholm office is growing fast, and constantly looking for new talent. You will be working closely with our management team and employee experience resources. In time, you will likely be building your own recruitment and retention team.

 

Your Role

We're looking for a brilliant changemaker and keen Talent Acquisition Manager to work in a dynamic environment and help us serve Nordic top brands in their digital transformation. You will be, together with our team leads, responsible for finding, recruiting, hiring - and retaining - talented candidates and colleagues. You will be in charge of planning, developing, and implementing an effective Talent Acquisition strategy for our organization. This includes (co) building a strong Employer Brand and delivering engaging employer marketing ativities.

Requirements

  • A degree in Human Resources Mangement, business administration, or a relevant, related field
  • 3+ years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager, or similar experience in an HR role
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Knowledge of human resources laws and regulations
  • Knowledge of job posting sites and professional social media platforms such as LinkedIn 
  • Ability to multitask
  • Knowledge of various interviewing methods and testing procedures
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree (e.g. business, technology or similar)
  • Ability to act in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines on time & budget
  • Fluent in Swedish, proficient in English
  • Leadership and management skills
  • Team player mindset
