Talent Acquisition Professional

to enable our expansion plans by finding the right talent to make the growth happen! You will be crucial to the company´s success. This is an exciting opportunity to join a journey of a rapidly growing (ca. 40-50 recruitments per year) high-tech company in a future industry (ALD technology) and learn about tech recruiting and sourcing globally to mention some, and an opportunity to leave your mark in the talent management of this company. We will have you as a part of our small and effective HR team and you´ll be reporting to HR Business Partner. Our office is located in Olarinluoma, Espoo – a short walk from the Niittykumpu metro station. We hope to see you preferably weekly in our newly renovated office.

 

Your (extra)ordinary day as a Talent Acquisition Professional at Beneq

Duringa typical workday, you are in charge of leading the recruitment life-cycle from start to finish: liaising with hiring managers to determine recruitment needs, creating and publishing the job advertisements, sourcing candidates, communicating actively with our candidates throughout the recruitment processes to ensure excellent candidate experience, organising and participating in interviews, providing your valuable insights in hiring decisions as well as drafting job offers and coordinating the negotiation processes in co-operation with hiring managers.

You also get to develop and plan employer branding activities together with the team, promoting Beneq employer brand in internal and external channels and making sure we have the most suitable recruitment marketing strategies in use. When working with external recruitment partners locally or abroad, you are the first point of contact, both for making the contracts and actively involved in outsourced recruitment processes.

You will also be participating in recruitment events and employer branding activities in schools and universities and be the visible Beneq brand in person in these occasions.

We would also value your passion to develop our communication activities both internally and externally.

The things that you would need to succeed and thrive with us:

  • Proven experience within talent acquisition and recruitments, preferably from an international organization, up to manager level recruitments
  • Experience in using modern recruitment marketing methods and tools (LinkedIn Recruiter) and technology savvy
  • Ability to partner with internal stakeholders
  • Enthusiasm towards being a part of an international growth organization comprising of professionals from doctoral degree holders to experienced manufacturing operators
  • Sense of urgency and ability to manage several simultaneous processes in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility and teamwork skills and hands- on attitude
  • Fluency in Finnish and English, both verbal and written

In addition, we would appreciate any of the following assets – not a must though:  

  • Experience in EB activities
  • Previous working experience in technology industry
  • A degree in Engineering or related field
  • Interest to develop internal and external communications
