To make that happen, we’re now looking for a Tech Lead – Software Engineering to join us on this journey.

Your mission 🚀 

As our Tech Lead, you will be a key technical leader in an autonomous product team, helping build and evolve a shared, modern product platform used by more than 150,000 customers across the Nordics. You will play a central role in shaping architecture, ensuring high code quality, and influencing how we build software at scale, while staying close to the code yourself. 

💡 Your key tasks and responsibilities include: 

• Taking technical ownership of a product area or module within one of our SaaS products 

• Leading architectural decisions and technical design, ensuring maintainable, scalable, and high-quality solutions 

• Working hands-on with development, building new functionality and improving existing systems 

• Mentoring and supporting other developers through code reviews, technical discussions, and day-to-day guidance 

• Collaborating closely with Product Managers, Designers, and QA to deliver robust solutions that create real customer value 

• Contributing to continuous improvement within testing, CI/CD, security, and observability

We’re looking for a Tech Lead who enjoys combining technology, people, and product thinking. To succeed in this role, we believe you: 

• Have solid experience as a software developer and have naturally taken on technical leadership responsibilities 

• Enjoy working at the intersection of architecture, hands-on coding, and team collaboration 

• Thrive in complex systems and think holistically about quality, scalability, and operations 

• Communicate clearly, take ownership, and build trust within your team 

• Are curious, pragmatic, and motivated to continuously improve how things are done 

• Are fluent in English (Nordic language skills are a plus, but not required) 

🛠 Our technology stack 

Depending on the product, you’ll work with technologies such as: 

• TypeScript, Node.js, C# .NET 

• React on the frontend 

• MSSQL, MariaDB/MySQL, Redis, Cassandra, DynamoDB, OpenSearch, S3 

• Microservices and event-driven architectures 

• Kubernetes, modern CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS / Azure) 

You don’t need to know everything – what matters most is your ability to understand the bigger picture and make sound technical decisions.
