Nosto is hiring a Technical Solutions Manager to join our EMEA team, based in either London, Berlin or Paris. 

As a Technical Solutions Manager you will play a key part across both our sales and customer success teams. You will work closely with main stakeholders to provide top-tier technical support as well as guide the new business deal flow by being the technical architect in the sales process. You will be a universal resource for your respective region owning the technical integrations for all key accounts. You will support your team with varying degrees of technical troubleshooting and pre-sales activities. The technical solutions manager has full ownership of all signed customers during their onboarding period and you will be in charge of all key accounts prior to them going live with our solution.


The Technical Solutions Manager will collaborate daily with members from our sales and customer success teams, work alongside their counterparts in APAC and North America, and foster a strong relationship with our product and engineering teams.The role is very technical in nature. We do not expect you to write any code but knowing how to make changes to templates and custom Javascript as well as API calls is a must.

  • Supporting the sales and customer success teams in helping our customers understand what they can achieve with Nosto from a technical perspective

  • Execute the delivery of proof-of-concepts for customers that have more complex use cases, collaborating with internal and external engineering teams as needed

  • Distil and communicate customer needs and product feedback to Product Management, Engineering, Marketing and Sales

  • Providing technical pre-sales support to your business development team to answer any technical questions that arise during the sales process

  • Serving as a primary technical point of contact mainly for our EMEA merchants implementing Nosto and/or UGC into their ecommerce store. 

  • Be the go-to technical support to the Sales and Customer Success resources within the business when dealing with existing clients and prospects

  • Understand, scope and deliver Solutions (including Statements of Work) based upon use-cases presented by clients and/or prospects.

  • Provide technical guidance to customers attempting to leverage the Developer tools (REST API, Webhooks, Javascript API)


  • 2-3 years experience in customer success, pre-sales and/or front-line technical support

  • Prior experience in leading customer technical implementation projects

  • Strong analytical thinking with a structured and detailed approach to problem-solving

  • Reliable technical specialist which will support, and be supported by, our local and global teams

  • Experience working with remote product / development teams

  • Intermediate understanding of web technologies, protocols and technical integrations (APIs)

  • Intermediate skills in front-end development (CSS, HTML, Javascript)

  • Must have excellent written and verbal English communication skills with the ability to work productively with both technical and non-technical people

  • Ability to provide high level technical support to clients via our support desk

We are very impressed if you:

  • Know the basics of front-end development and can spot errors in HTML, CSS, and Javascript code. We are even more impressed if you can write some code of your own.

  • Have experience in working on Shopify, Magento and Bigcommerce ecommerce platforms

  • Work in headless environment while utilizing API infrastructure

  • Have worked in the e-commerce space before, either for a ecommerce store or a third party solution provider

  • Have previously worked with key account management, preferably of a technical nature

  • Have Spanish as a second language
