Our IT Infrastructure team is looking for a Technical Specialist for a fixed-term position of approximately eight months starting 1.1.2026. IT Infrastructure team is administrating and maintaining Lumene Group ICT assets such as devices, systems and software for all our business functions globally. The role includes administration of the systems and tackling demanding challenges in our environment together with business partners and other stakeholders. This role has the responsibility of the office and factory ICT but responsibilities will be adjusted inside the team after recruitment.

Due to the hands-on nature of the tasks related to factory IT/OT systems, regular on-site presence is essential to ensure smooth operations and effective collaboration. However, the role also offers the possibility for occasional remote workdays.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsibility of the office locations and Espoo factory ICT (network, devices, systems, infrastructure).
• Act as a senior member of IT Infrastructure team (guidance, minor project leading).
• Internal development of the ICT
• Assisting in challenging helpdesk tasks.

You will need for succeeding 

• Minimum of 3-5 years of technical experience of ICT in support, consultation or other business area.
• Deep understanding of interconnected IT systems.
• Independent problem-solving skills combined with ability to work together as a team together with the partners and deliver clear communication to stakeholders.
• Proven history and ability to lead projects from IT perspective.
• Strong communication, documentation, and presentation skills. 
• Possibility to travel within Europe, typically a few days per month (not every month), depending on project needs and collaboration requirements.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in Finnish and English are required; proficiency in Swedish is considered an asset.
• Experience of leading small team or project and certifications are considered as a strong asset.
