What You'll Be Doing 

We’re seeking a Technology Lead, Marketing to build and run scalable MarTech solutions that power our Nordic B2B SaaS growth. As the CMO’s key partner, you’ll own the full MarTech stack from awareness to expansion. You’ll architect and operate systems like Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, marketing automation, CDP, analytics, and paid media platforms to deliver measurable revenue impact.

This role combines strategic vision with hands-on execution in engineering and automation. You’ll also have a dedicated budget for 2026 to accelerate marketing through targeted projects and initiatives.

Things You’ll Drive:

  • Elevate MarTech Capabilities: Modernize our stack with automation, AI, and scalable architecture to enable smarter, faster marketing.
  • Bridge Strategy & Execution: Translate business goals into actionable roadmaps and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Own & Evolve the MarTech Stack: Ensure Dynamics 365 CE, automation, CDP, analytics, and media platforms meet current and future needs.
  • Support Growth Through M&A: Evaluate and integrate marketing technologies across acquisitions.
  • Document for Scale: Create clear documentation to support scalability, onboarding, and collaboration.
  • Champion Improvement: Stay ahead of MarTech trends and propose impactful enhancements.
  • Enable Data-Driven Decision Making

This role is commercially critical: your work will drive customer acquisition, deeper insights, targeted communication, and revenue growth. In other word, you will be making a measurable difference across the organization.

This is a full-time, permanent position based in Oslo, Norway, Espoo, Finland or Stockholm, Sweden. As part of the Business Solutions team, you’ll join a supportive, professional team that values collaboration and personal growth. You’ll report to the Director of Business Solutions and collaborate closely with colleagues across the Nordics.

What We Are Looking For 

  • 7+ years in MarTech leadership with proven business impact.
  • SaaS B2B experience, ideally in Nordic or international markets.
  • Deep knowledge of automation platforms; prior work with Dynamics 365 Customer Insights is a significant advantage.
  • Hands-on expertise in paid media automation, integrations, and personalization with AI.
  • Strong commercial acumen, budget management skills, and ROI-driven mindset.
  • Fluent in English; Nordic language skills are a plus.

Please note that employment in this position requires passing the standard security clearance conducted by the Finnish Security and Intelligence Service. The employer will initiate the clearance process immediately after both parties have signed the employment contract, ensuring compliance with national security protocols.
