We are looking for a Telecom Engineer or Cloud Engineer to join Elisa Polystar as a Configuration & Support Specialist

Elisa Polystar, a subsidiary of Elisa Plc, focuses on Customer Experience Management, Analytics, and Automation. We are now recruiting a Configuration & Support Specialist with a passion for telecom and a curiosity for cloud-native technologies.

As a Configuration & Support Specialist, you'll work on:

• Setting up services for new clients and expanding existing ones.
• Providing stellar technical support and resolving incidents.
• Contributing to and leading projects when needed.
• Supporting deployments in cloud environments and containerized platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• System configuration of monitoring and OSS products.
• Integration with third-party tools and cloud-native services.
• Technical troubleshooting and documentation.
• Implementing software updates, reviewing system performance, and optimizing deployments.
• Customer communication and reporting.

About You:

• Experience in mobile networks or IT in a technical role.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Project management skills or willingness to run projects without prior experience is a big plus.
• Eager to learn continuously, especially in cloud and container technologies.
• Proficient in English language (B2 or higher).

Technical Skills:

• Knowledge of mobile networks, data and telephone protocols, and Linux.
• Familiarity with IP networks, MySQL & SQL, and scripting is a plus.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and container orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker) is highly valued.

Salary and Benefits

• Salary: Starting at 2200€ per month (gross), depending on skills and experience.
• Hybrid and Flexible working time
• 5 days of fully paid sick leave (beyond the statutory entitlement)
• Extra vacation days – after each year worked +1 day (max. 5 days) on top of the statutory
• Special day - extra paid day off annually after probation period
• Full amount of food allowance twice a year (June and December)
• RBI bonus paid twice a year (up to 10% of half yearly gross salary)
