At Polystar | Elisa Industriq, we’re looking for a Technical Project Manager with a strong telecom background and hands-on experience in Linux and Kubernetes to join our team!

What you’ll do

• Lead and support deployments of business-critical systems for telecom operators.
• Drive customer projects from planning to execution, including system configuration, software upgrades, and cloud-native integrations.
• Troubleshoot incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and ensure high service reliability.
• Act as a technical liaison in meetings and project handovers.
• Continuously improve system performance and delivery processes.

Your responsibilities

• Configure and optimize monitoring and OSS products.
• Integrate Polystar's solutions with Linux-based environments and Kubernetes clusters.
• Perform health checks, capacity planning, and software updates.
• Maintain accurate documentation and customer system records.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and customers, including reporting and escalation handling.

About you

• Solid telecom background (core network, customer experience monitoring, OSS/BSS).
• Strong technical skills in Linux administration and Kubernetes orchestration.
• Familiarity with SQL/databases, ETL processes, and cloud-native platforms.
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to lead projects or grow into leadership.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
