Main activities:

- Receiving specific instructions from the shift leader regarding the activities to be performed at workstation for ongoing production processes
- Configuring and adjust machine settings (if necessary, cleaning, etc.) to run a production cycle with limited supervision
- Monitoring machine operation, including adjustments and minor repairs necessary to produce a quality product that meets process specifications
- Following all plant procedures in own work area
- Ensure constant supervision of proper functioning of own workstation
- Ensuring cleanliness and order of areas and machinery under own responsibility
- Liaising with shift leader and/or other relevant company functions (HSE, Production Manager, Quality Manager) to report any conditions that pose a risk to the safety of each worker and the quality of the product
- Receiving and passing on instructions and information at the beginning and end of the shift to colleagues in the same position
- Participating in continuous improvement activities
- Performing additional activities based on the Production manager's instructions or shift leader
