As a Test automation professional, you will join Tech & Data QA competence where we ensure that a product or service meets our quality standards in digital sales development and offer a seamless digital journey for internal and external users. Our digital platforms connect to modern SaaS backend systems (e.g., Salesforce-based platforms).

Our teams develop digital advertising products and services using modern front and back-end technologies to support our B2B customers. Test automation professional is an integral part of a dynamic team, consisting of technology specialists and business experts. We work in cross-functional teams from both business, tech & data competences with the modern, agile and customer-centric operational model to accelerate our digital growth and team collaboration.  

In this role, you take ownership of test automation, driving its implementation while collaborating with teams to ensure optimal test automation coverage.

Your responsibilities also include conducting manual technical testing of end-to-end solutions, processes, and integrations in close cooperation with both internal and external stakeholders. You document test results and findings in ticketing systems, providing regular reports and conducting reviews with the team and suppliers to maintain high-quality standards.

As a Test Automation Professional, you are expected to serve as a reliable expert with prior experience in system testing, test automation, and a solid technical background to support these areas. This includes understanding of SaaS configurations and code. 

We are looking for a person that has:

• Passion for QA and continuous improvement in collaboration with the team.
• Extensive experience in technical testing (unit, integration, and E2E) for SaaS and custom solutions.
• Experience in using AI in testing and test automation
• Proficiency with test management and automation tools (e.g., Robot Framework, Python, Testrail, Browserstack, Xray; Playwright experience is an advantage).
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools and processes.
• Expertise in guiding testing efforts, including defining quality criteria and test plans for various stages (e.g., UAT, regression, performance).
• Ability to independently plan and observe use cases for manual testing and test automation.
• Continuous improvement mindset, with skills in debugging, troubleshooting, and knowledge sharing.
• Proactive and self-initiated towards new processes, automation, and technologies.
• Accountability for delivering solutions that meet business and customer quality expectations.
• Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills
• Interest in the Media / Advertising industry.
• Fluent in English with a relevant technical degree.

 And maybe you also have:

• Experience with various business processes (e.g. digital sales and order to cash processes).
• Salesforce experience
• Experience with Azure PaaS solutions.
• Knowledge of Atlassian Jira/Confluence.
