We are hiring: Ticket Sellers, Park Workers and Café Staff for a Seasonal Winter Park!

Are you ready to create magical winter experiences in the heart of Lapland? We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented ticket sellers, park workers, and café staff to join our seasonal team in a unique light and snow art park located near the center of Rovaniemi.

Open positions:

1. Park Worker

Your responsibilities include:

• Maintenance and upkeep of the park area
• Guiding and assisting visitors
• Ensuring safety throughout the area
• Seasonal outdoor tasks such as snow work
• Skate rental and assisting with ticket sales

2. Ticket Seller

Your responsibilities include:

• Selling tickets and assisting customers
• Guiding visitors and providing information about the park
• Supporting the park's daily operations as needed

3. Café Staff

Your responsibilities include:

• Providing friendly and efficient customer service
• Preparing drinks (e.g., hot chocolate, tea) and handling food items
• Cashier duties and product display
• Keeping the café clean and organized
• Dishwashing and general upkeep
• Actively developing your customer service skills

What we expect from you:

• A positive attitude and motivation to work in a fast-paced environment
• Customer service orientation and ability to handle pressure
• Flexibility with working hours (evenings and weekends included)
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions (for park workers)
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Good communication skills in English; Finnish and other languages are a plus
• A hygiene passport is required for café staff (can also be obtained through us)
• Previous experience in similar roles is appreciated but not required – we provide full training!

Contract details:

• Fixed-term seasonal contract
• Work starts in November–December 2025 depending on snow conditions
