What you will be doing:

• Provide administrative and coordination support to Global Transportation, Procurement, and Carrier Portfolio teams
• Coordinate day-to-day activities, follow-ups, and information flow across internal teams and external partners
• Support transport-related projects with planning, scheduling, tracking actions, and coordinating deliverables
• Prepare meeting materials, presentations, agendas, minutes, and business review documentation
• Maintain and update transportation systems, carrier rate databases, and key operational tools
• Organize and manage reports, process documentation, workflows, and operational records
• Support carrier and vendor processes, including RFQs, tender documentation, and tracking activities
• Act as a central point of coordination by keeping stakeholders informed, aligned, and on track

What you need to succeed:

• Previous experience in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field is welcome
• Fluent English skills (written and spoken) - you will work in an international environment and communicate with global stakeholders daily
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured way
• Forward-thinking mindset with the ability to anticipate needs, coordinate actions, and follow through
• Strong logical thinking and problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to tasks
• Confident communication skills and ability to collaborate with various stakeholders across teams and cultures
• Good Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to documentation and administration
